Complain against EIILM university

I have paid 3000/- for final year marksheet in the 2023.
But they r not sending it to me.I have called them several times, mesged them several times as they said.But no response now.

Not giving my marksheet.

Also please have a look at their fee detail for document they charge 8000/- for degree certificate for duplicate any certificate 3000/- for document for verification of the certificate 7000/- rupees for transfer certificate 5500 rupees.

They are charging so much for each certificate.
