Eiilm University — how to issue degree certificate

Hello sir/ma’am,
I had completed my BSc in 2012. Still now I have not received my BSC certificate & my institute is permanently closed in Odisha now. Lot of time I sent email to university but I did not receive any response. Please help me to verify my mark sheet & how can I receive my BSC degree certificate. My enrolment no : EIILMU/09/F/2135045.
