Sir, I have passed B.COM in E.I.I.L.M University, on 2013.

I have got the marksheet and not the certificate.
When I communicated with your educational center, where I got admission through, they were reluctant to issue me any certificate and they reported me that this can only be issued by mail.
Please, suggest me how to get my Certificate!
