Eiilm University — regarding bsc. it degree

Dear sir/mam,
I have completed b. Sc. It in 2011, my enrollment number is eiilmu/09/s48589. I have received my mark sheets and provisional certificate on time but i haven't received my degree yet. I tried university contact no. And also tried to send them e-mail but i think the contact no. Is not in use now. There e-mail inbox is also full. Please help me to get my degree asap.
