Ekart — Delayed delivery

My order was being delayed from 11 feb. Delivery agent always rejects delivering the product. And is also very rude and abusing in local language.
It has been happening with me for past 3 orders.
Customer care doesn't even bother with this issue.

I need a permanent solution for this issue.
