My order got rejected without my concern neither delivery agent nor company did not reach me.

The courier boy never deliver the product on specifice given date saying i forgot to bring your product, and again saying its damaged such things, its not the proper way to work and do as their wish we order the product and wait for so many days waiting to get deliverd as soon as possible other hand these delivery boy cheats and lies, they are not trust worthy to work at all.this is my 2nd time and same product.I have shopped from flipkart for so many years this Never happened with me before.this is the worst Courier service address Bharjala Tripura Agartala, Delivery boy name suman and d Debashish(Dip)

My order was being delayed from 11 feb. Delivery agent always rejects delivering the product. And is also very rude and abusing in local language.
It has been happening with me for past 3 orders.
Customer care doesn't even bother with this issue.

I need a permanent solution for this issue.

Wrong product delivered

I had ordered some products around 2680rupees, two days back my parcel arrived, the ekart delivery boy asked for otp, but i ddidn't recieved anything he tried so many time it didn't worked, then he told me that he will return it, i told him pls dont return its emergency products, so prosponed it to next, but same happend, i told him to deliver it, spoke to his manager, they says its not their policy, what about my money, if they return i will lose my courier charde, why are you people irresponsible like this, this is your duty to handover the product to customer for that we are paying money. Ekart members pls deliver my products as soon as possible

Got wrong delivery product which was not ordered . The product is literally waste . The delivery boy is now not receiving the call.and the mentioned on parcel is spam number

My product was picked up for return, but shows pick up failed and later does not reflect in the Myntra app. The delivery agent picked up my product and I had called him asking the same. He had told me that the pick up is failed and he will return my product. It’s been two weeks and my product has still not reached me nor my refund has been reflected to my account.

Whenever i call to delivery guy it shows busy they didnt respond to my any calls, i already tried them for more than 20 times my tracking id is :- PAXC[protected]

I have returned a product from lenkart on[protected] through ekart. But the product is not received by the manufacturer it's showing that the return pick up cancelled but i have given the product to the ekart delivery boy. Please do the necessary action for this

I've order something from Instagram. I've received a message from ekart about the order. the delivery man did not allow me to open the order without paying first. when I opened it later it was an empty bottle of body wash and some garbage in it. when I called the delivery man to come and recieve it back he started making excuses.

I have placed an order with Myntra . I received the tracking number MYNP[protected].
On 19.08.2023 I received a message from VK- EKARTL saying your product is out for delivery.
After 12.30 pm I started receiving messages saying, We tried to reach you but couldn't reach your number. They have provided a phone number along with 3 digit pin number to contact their delivery agent.
And delivery agent called me around 7 and asked about the delivery address.
He said he is near to my area so he will come. But after some time around 9 I got message that delivery is failed.
I waited for him for an hour but he didn't turn up. Next day I again got the message that order is out for delivery and air showed delivered in the Myntra app.
But I haven't received my product. Nor the delivery agent called.
After the message, I tried on the previously contacted number([protected]/[protected] Pin :101 ) but it didn't get connected. I raised complaint with Myntra and they said it got delivered by ekart agent. I don’t know where is my order.

It was a paid order and I really don't know what to do.
It's really not good to make your customers suffer like this .

I have ordered a product on 20/10/23, and i recieved the parcel on 26/10/23, at 4:10 pm, and paid the bill amount to ecart on g pay, (amount is 999. INR, ) and take the parcel to home then opened it, i have shocked, !!!

As we are family persons we hate, late night delivery such as delivery time 10.00 pm and above, that is not comfortable time too, and delivery man behaviour is wrong too, so stop doing late night delivery as soon as possible. It may affect people freedom and it may lead to cause rowbary. It's totally unsafe for homies. Please Stop this act.

On 15 Sep 2023 I had ordered a Microwave Oven Make IFB 20L Solo through flipkart and received a SMS with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flipkart.com through Ekart Contact no [protected] PIN 136 on 23 Sep 2023, Delivery Staff called me on my mobile on 23 Sep 2023 around 11 AM being working day I was in office the delivery boy reached home and hurrying up for the OTP at home only family were there and they are not smart with the Equipment s technically so after confirming from him I passed the OTP to him and got delivered the item, When I came home and checked the item is damaged ( either it hit to some thing or some thing heavy fell on it ) the bottom frame is damaged and as per the manual a glass tray supposed to be there which might have broken so for not identifying easily, that broken pieces were removed intentionally when I tried for contacting him he was not attending the phone and afterwards switched off also

Now please make sure it was a planed cheating from the Ekart side so please intervene and take necessary action, or I may have to approach Consumer Forum/Court. Thanking You

I am writing to you to raise a complaint of wrong item delivery to me. I had placed an order for a PopBlaze Gurkha Pant worth INR 1200, and instead I have received a floor mat of not even worth INR 100. This is a case of fraud and I will not let it pass.

It is my hard earned money and I will not let it go to waste like this. I request you to kindly sort this on priority or else I will be forced to take legal help in this matter.
