I have placed an order with Myntra . I received the tracking number MYNP[protected].
On 19.08.2023 I received a message from VK- EKARTL saying your product is out for delivery.
After 12.30 pm I started receiving messages saying, We tried to reach you but couldn't reach your number. They have provided a phone number along with 3 digit pin number to contact their delivery agent.
And delivery agent called me around 7 and asked about the delivery address.
He said he is near to my area so he will come. But after some time around 9 I got message that delivery is failed.
I waited for him for an hour but he didn't turn up. Next day I again got the message that order is out for delivery and air showed delivered in the Myntra app.
But I haven't received my product. Nor the delivery agent called.
After the message, I tried on the previously contacted number([protected]/[protected] Pin :101 ) but it didn't get connected. I raised complaint with Myntra and they said it got delivered by ekart agent. I don’t know where is my order.
It was a paid order and I really don't know what to do.
