I had ordered some products around 2680rupees, two days back my parcel arrived, the ekart delivery boy asked for otp, but i ddidn't recieved anything he tried so many time it didn't worked, then he told me that he will return it, i told him pls dont return its emergency products, so prosponed it to next, but same happend, i told him to deliver it, spoke to his manager, they says its not their policy, what about my money, if they return i will lose my courier charde, why are you people irresponsible like this, this is your duty to handover the product to customer for that we are paying money.
