We saw a website selling some electronic gadgets online, with some very attractive features.

The item was a So-Called Mini-Laptop, which looked like an android based electronic mobile device with a display screen, which is supposed to function like a Laptop device, Costing Rs.999/-

We placed order for the above item along with another item, which was a Flying Quadcopter, which was a play toy, for kids, costing Rs.599/-

We placed the order, paid for it.
We took the screenshots while placing the order, which we are attaching along with this message.

The payment was made via Amazon Pay and the payment copy of amazon pay is also attached.

After placing the order, we saw some doubtful situations like:
1) There was no customer order page or account info.
2) There was no section on the website where we can track the order.
3) As soon as we placed the item, the item was removed from the website.
If we visit again, there would not be any details of the purchased item.
4) On the same day of purchase, we recd a plain mail with just one word:
"CONFIRMED".
After this almost blank mail, we sent an email to the seller asking for
details of tracking order or order status, for which we did not get any
positive responce.

on 1-Oct-2020, We received a FAKE Labelled / about Rs.100 worth Street side Cheap quality Headphones.
The package had an Invoice valued at Rs.599, with the following details along with the initial Order ID:

The contact numbers were not reacheable when contacted.
It is very obious that the seller is a cheater.

We request the concerned authorities to take suitable action, to get back our money, along with so many other gullible consumers who trust the online sellers. (My Invoice mentions it is # 127 of 300)

We also request the authourities to take stricktest action possible on such spurious sellers and create an atmosphere of Genuine Online Business, to safeguard the consumers interests and improve our country's falling economy.
