My name is Pooja Yadav & I placed an order with online company Cart Me and the order was shipped through Ekart. My order number was 31612 and my tracking number with Ekart was SRTP[protected]. On 24th Dec., 2021 I got a call from the delivery boy of Ekart saying he delivered my parcel to someone near my house. I told him not to do that as I don't know anyone around & he can come after 7 days when I will be at home. He said OK. When I came back, one of the shopkeeper told me that a del. boy gave a parcel to him but later took it back. Now there is no update regarding my parcel. The shocking part is del. boy updated the status of my order as DELIVERED & RECEIVED BY POOJA... Its a clear fraud & even the company Cart Me or Ekart is not available to help Was this information helpful? |
