EKTA GAS SEWA — After connection transfer refund amount not transfered in bank A/c

We shifted from roorkee to dehradun so we submit the connection doc, 2 cylinder, regulator in agency on dated 11/12/2021 and get the transfer doc . but till now on 12/01/2022 we don't get the connection refundable security amount in my bank A/c.
