Delivery sir, I am the customer of Narendra Singh Rawat Indane gas service EKTA GAS SEWA , SA-10, Awas Vikas, Roorkee my Consumer No. is EG11636 I booked my gas on 26 December 2011,but after 25 days I could not get my gas cylinder yet, I call them so many time regarding my booking but agency did not give me satisfactory reply, this thing happen 3-4 times in a year but now it is very late this time, so you are requested to look into this matter and do something against gas agency. till date 19.01.2012 Indane gas not delivered. regards, Narendra Singh Rawat C/o Shri Mohan Singh Rawat H. ekta gas agency roorkee (u.k) — home delivery
ekta gas agency was not providing the service that other agencies provide like home delivery of cylinders as well as charging more price than the goverment set up prises.please take strick action against them.
