I am writing to file a complaint against Ekta World, a builder, for the delay in completing their project. As a customer who has invested in their project, I have been facing significant financial and emotional distress due to their inability to deliver the project as promised.
I had invested in the project four years ago with the expectation that the project would be completed within the promised timeline. However, due to various reasons, the project has been delayed, causing me significant financial loss as well as mental stress. Despite repeated follow-ups with the builder, there has been no concrete action taken to expedite the completion of the project.
Moreover, the builder has also failed to provide me with any interest on the amount invested, even though the project has been delayed for such a long period. This is not acceptable, as it is clearly stated in the agreement that I am entitled to receive interest on the amount invested if the project is delayed beyond the promised timeline.
Therefore, I request you to take strict action against Ekta World for their negligence and failure to deliver the project as promised. I also request that appropriate measures be taken to ensure that I receive the interest amount that is due to me.
