I first emailed Ekta on 15th February 2022 when I did not receive my inverter, no reply. I emailed again on 4th for the same to wich they emailed on 5th April2022 that the inverter refund will be sent in 45days and my account details were taken. When I emailed them on 31st May 2022 to remind them they reply to me on 8th June 2022, that it is in process and by the end of June2022 i will receive my refund. Again no luck for me. After incessant calls for a week, i emailed them again on 1st July 2022, the reply to me on 4th July 2022, that the refund will be sent by cheque but after 15days. I do not believe a word they say.
I have had numerous bad experiences with Ekta in regards with the possession of my flat and other amenities.
I have never defaulted in any of my payments ever.
What am I supposed to do?
