I recently purchased Elanadu Butter, and when I opened the sealed pack, foul smell was coming and when we melted the butter for making brownies I was horrified to find several worms inside the butter. This is an extremely serious food safety issue, as it is completely unacceptable for any food product to be contaminated in this manner.
Upon notifying the company, they initially refunded the amount and when I requested for compensation they rejected and failed to take proper responsibility and instead offered a replacement product, which did not address the negligence of selling a contaminated item in the first place. When I requested compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused, they refused, citing their company policy as the reason.
The lack of accountability from the company, along with their delay in responding to my concerns, shows a clear disregard for consumer safety and well-being. I am deeply dissatisfied with both the quality of the product and the poor customer service.
I strongly warn all consumers to avoid purchasing this brand, as it clearly does not prioritize hygiene or customer safety.
