Elder Pharmaceuticals — Non-repayment of matured Fixed Deposit money (Principal + Interest)

I am the holder of Elder Pharmaceuticals Fixed Deposit bearing No. C-64766 for an amount of Rs.30, 000/- deposited on 01.12.2011 which matured on 02.12.2014 (Maturity Amount then was Rs.42, 774/-)

The original Receipt was duly discharged to the Company on 24.11.2014 thru speed post.

It is disheartening to state that till date I have not received the matured amount nor have received any correspondence from the company to this effect.

It is expected from such a big company that they atleast should have the courtesy to reply to the FD holders regarding the delay or expected date of returning our money.

It is requested to kindly take up the issue and get the problem resolved as soon as possible as it is already delayed for 7 years. Your intervention in this regard will be highly appreciated for all such holders who have invested their hard earned money and waiting for the maturity amount.
