I held the Fixed Deposit for Rs 40000/- Forty thousand being the no N67903 dated 23.01.2012 which matured on 22.01.2015. Two cheques bearing no 175245 dt 01.01.2015 and 175246 dt 23.01.2015 for the interest amount for Rs 1210/- and Rs 289/- respectively which got bounced when presented to Bank and was fined for non honour of cheques.

The above FD was to be redeemed on 22.01.2015 and we did not get the amount after surrendering the original FD Receipt through our broker Ravi Raj Investment based in Chembur Mumbai.

As i am on the verge of retirement and no other source of income I request to refund my hard earned money at the earliest

No Repayment of FD No N/79970maturity date 14/02/2026 and FD No N/83601 maturity date 28/05/2026 till today 8 March 2024...

I had logged a complaint on 8th feb 2022.
More than a year has passed but there has been no response.
Will i ever get my fixed deposit money back???
Is there anyone one working on these complaints?

Please help at the earliest.

Fixed deposit number N 72039 which has matured on 21/5/2015 for Rs. 100, 000, plus the interest thereof has not been repaid to me since last 8 years. I have approached the courts too for the return of my hard earned money, but to no avail. It is absolutely unjust that we have to run from pillar to post for our own money. Fixed depsoit held in the name of my mother late shrimati neelam k gaur with rec no n 8199 date of deposit 09/0/2013 and date of maturity 11/04/2016 amounting to rs one lac has not been refunded till date

I've been attempting to withdraw my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site. I was able to recover my money thanks to Durafox Tech. I came across their services via Google, and they assisted me in regaining access to all my funds.

I made Fixed deposit No.C-74432 Dated 01.09.2012 for Rs.30, 000 /- due for payment was on 05.09.2015 but still I have not received any repayment not Interest.
I am super senior citizen person aged 94 year and need funds for my old age needs and for health care.

F.D. Receipt no 60923 for Rs 35, 645/-The FDR has matured on 18.10.2014, but still I have not received it

Just wondering on. How this fake company steal people money really wickedness but I found help from global recov eryfu nd s.0 rg for my refund .

Subject fdr still not been paid by the company, just 25000/ completed the procedure of bajaj capital, please expedite the matter of payment.

I invested with elder pharma in 2011 for 36 months options, its got mature in 2014, but till now i have not received my principal amount of my fixed deposit, kindly look in to the mature in urgent basis, due to old age i require my money back due to my personal needs, so look in the matter & resolve the same my fdr no is - C 62163.
Even we do not have their contact details

Myself is a retire pensioner senior citizen reached at 87 years of age. Depositors from my family are women and minor from service class, costing education, boarding and health care.
Kindly note, where we can approach for our money and how can we trace out these companies and get back our legitimate dues?
This is my request to help by taking up this issue by directing company functionaries to inform me and pay all overdue interests and Principle amounts unpaid till date of deposit receipts as early as possible.
All FD details have been already forwarded to the company with notarized affidavits on 30/11/2020 and are also attached here with for reference. The List is as follows

Had taken an FDR BEARING NO. N 82945 ON 05/06/2013 OF Rs. 1, 00, 000 in the name of RAJENDRA AMULAKH SHAH.
Have not received any money yet.

The captioned deposit receipt of Rs 250000/-, date of deposit 12Dec2011, date of realisation 14Dec2011, for 36 mths @ 12.5% pa, date of maturity 13Dec2014, maturity value 361670/- has not been repaid since 2014 i.e. 8 years now. In 2015, the company had requested for a deferral of repayment due to liquidity issues - letter signed by COO Anuj Saxena. Subsequent follow up (with Sanjeev Bhalekar) has not elicited any response except apologies. This is so pathetic!
The funds belong to a senior citizen Mrs. Shubha Agaskar now aged 90 and in dire need of funds and it is utterly shameful that a company of this standing indulges in such petty acts as holding back maturity payments of rightful owners.
The concerned are requested to immediately issue payment to the F D holder with interest till date.

I am widowed man aged 77 years old living alone with no source of income. I bought elder pharma FD from Bajaj capital in year 2012. Last interest was in 2014 Jan. After that no interest or Principle has been paid.

Please assist as I am in real need of this money. There are no phone numbers also to report this case.

I had invested 35, 000/- rupees in Fixed deposit scheme of 'Elder Pharmaceuticals' company with FDR Receipt N 57558, for a period of 36 months at 9.50% interest rate. The deposit date was 23/12/2010 and Maturity Date was 26/12/2013

I have sent the original FDR to company for withdrawal on maturity through my financial advisor but till date i have not received the maturity amount or any interest.

I request the company to refund me the Maturity Amount with Interest till date or at-least the Maturity Amount

How to Withdraw provident fund from Elder pharma

2. Fdr no n66581 dom 5.1.15 rs.26000/-,
but no repayment recd till date its over 7 years now,
can anyone help /update on how to claim the principal amount,

I have not yet received my principal amount as well as applicable interest upon maturity and there is no communication from the Company.
I cannot afford to lose our hard-earned money just easily. Why so much delay in formalities even if High Court has order for Liquidation.
You are requested to take up the matter with the higher authority for refund of amount at the earliest.
