I have invested Rs. 30, 758/- in my name Shailesh N.Vyas with FDR No C 74790 Dt.7/9/2012 with cumulative interest which has matured on[protected] and initially there were responses to my call but now a days I am not even able to reach them.Please help me to get my due amount. I was kept money on year 2012. and give FD receipt for withdrawal on Dt.8/9/14 to Mr.Sanjiv and Priti they called me after 3 day's I went but they called me so many times. after I tired and tell him to meet me to his director. and I meet director with so many investor. he promised us to give money before April-2015. but till date they give any response so do the needfull above matter as soon as posibale.

I opened an FD with Elder Pharmaceuticals on 27th August-2012 for an amount of Rs. 3 Lakhs. 3 years Maturity period. I have been trying my level best to contact the personnel of Elder since August-2015 for getting back my precious Rs. 3 Lakhs, at least(Forget the interest part!), but in vain.

Can someone suggest the way to go about how to get back the money?

I am a retired personnel and Senior Citizen.

Is there a committee of people similarly suffering from the callous approach of Elder P? If yes, I join them to explore ways and means for getting the FD Amount refunded

I also have 2 FDs - 1 in my name "Girish Chandra Joshi" maturing on 14-9-2015 for Rs. 1, 96, 717, and another in the name of my wife "Harsha G. Joshi" maturing on 16-5-2016 for Rs. 1, 40, 512.
I am with you.
Let's find some way to recover our hard earned money.

The latest I came to know is " Bajaj Capital" is taking up the FD non payment-Elder-cases. Don't know how far true. I intend approaching their Office personally and finding out
