Election Commision Of India — Wrong name,address in election card.Its been more than 6 months,haven't received the correct card.

Hi, My name is Maqsood Alam. My election card was made in 29/1/2013. Almost all the information in the card was wrong(name, address, DOB). To get it corrected, i contacted the election office in Gorakhpur . As i work in Pune, so its very difficult for me to visit the office at regular interval. Finally on the month of Feb 2015, i submitted the correction form.but its more than 7 months now, i haven't get my election card.Whenever i go to the office, All they have is attitude and give no information regarding at all. All they say is card havn't arrived yet. Please find the card details as mentioned below : Card No : SPM1885375 State : UP (Gorakhpur) Please do the needful.I need my election card on urgent basis.
