Election Commission Of India [Eci] — Application status pending

Hello this Sanyog Malviya from Mumbai. I've applied for my own new voting card online through"nsvp" website. It has been more than 6 months and I've not received my voting card, not even any update.

Whenever I check my update online, it says "Your application is under process".

Below are my few queries

1. When I'll get my voting card ????
2. I have to collect my voting card from postoffice or it will be delivered at my house only ???
