Election Commission Of India [Eci] — complaint - non receipt of voter submitted for change of address

Sir, we have submitted 4 (Four) voter id cards to प.क्र। 1243 वि.स.म.के.312, at govt. School located near golden city, jatkhedi, 6 months back, despite repeated visits / reminders, they are not issuing voter ids with changed address.

1. Ompratap malviya - age 61 yrs. - 550-olive, ruchilifescapes, jatkhedi, hoshangabd road bhopal (M. P.)
2. Sunita malviya w/o ompratap 57 yrs. — do —
3. Ankit malviya s/o ompratap 33 yrs — do —
4. Akash malviya s/o ompratap 26 yrs. — do —

Kindly advise the concerned authority to issue the same immediately.
