Election Commission Of India [Eci] — ehx[protected] rejected with no reason

I had applied for inclusion of name in electoral roll for first time voter. EHX[protected] is the number which can be tracked.I did this submission personally in local ECI office in month of March 2018 however this got reflected online in Sept 2018 and then got rejected without any reason.
I am more worried to procees being followed internally within election commission offices. Local official here do not even feel it's thier duty to respond citizen.

Updated by Kuldeepsabhakantdubey And to add more on this, doumnets sumbitted was verified by multiple officers while submitting this in March intially, in case of any descpancies I should have been informed either through Call, Message, Email or at least reason behind application rejection.
Citizens like me feels lots of pain after 9 Months of time sudendly seeing the status in denial state.
