Election Commission Of India [Eci] — Election Commission Of India [Eci] Voter Id card name deletion still not processed

There is still no action from Election Commission of India yesterday on 3rd of July 2017. I received a call from a person who is an employee of ECI his name is Rakesh he said that "are you not aware that for any changes in Voter id card there is no online system to change name or deletion of last name in voter id card and there is no form called as Form-7." I am surprised after I have heard this from Election Commission employee, If there is no online portal NVSP service then why the public is misguided. I am waiting for an update on my voter Id status. Earlier also I have submitted a complaint and my complaint status id is below-

On my above complaint, An abusive call from mobile number [protected] at 14:55 hrs was received. The caller started shouting and hurling abuses on me, a female, stating that why I have posted my complaint here on this forum. The caller should be punished by the law of state !!!
