Election Commission Of India [Eci] — I could not cast my vote

Sir, I went to cast my vote for 23-Kolkata Dakshin Loksabha Constituency at booth (Room 1, Behala Youngmens Asso, P-45A, S.N.Roy Road, Kolkata-38 ) today at 4-30 pm, but I was not allowed to cast my vote as somebody already cast my vote in the morning with putting fingerprint. I did not cast "tender vote" as it is not cofidential. Kindly do the needful.
