Election Commission Of India [Eci] — status & rejection of my voter id

I am from chennai - gerugambakkam, i have applied the new voter ids for me (Oeo[protected] and for my wife (Ogg[protected] through online. My wife application got rejected with any reason after few days and mine was not moving it all. So i have raised a complaint ([protected]) and in 2 days it got approved on 14th dec 2018. After checking the complaint log it says my form got approved and the id will be delivered through post.

Since my wife for got rejected so i have asked about the status of my wife form but till now no response. Based on their response either i can raise new form or do follow up accordingly.

Now i am worried whether i will get my voter id or not. So it will good if some one give proper response and take necessary action.

Election Commission of India [ECI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by jjegan2019 Still not received the voter ID, when I called in office they are saying different answers every time like voter ID printing is not started, already dispatched, check with PO.
I am unable to proceed further on this request, rather stop voting in future elections.

Something election officer should take sincere action on this kind of issues.

Updated by jjegan2019 still this issue is not resolved, useless government staffs and this portal. Everything should be privatization to have proper process and SLAs.
