Election Commission Of India [Eci] — voter card application still not processed

Sir,
My name is manik bose and i have applied for voter card correction by filling form 8 online on nsvp portal on
09 november 2017 via reference id ohb[protected], and its not proceed according to requirement and still showing status submitted, even blo not appointed for verification. I need voter id card urgently doing requisite corrections, as don't have voter id with right name.
So requesting to you please issue my new voter id with correction as soon as possible.
