Electricity Bill — I'm complaining about high electricity bills on eastern power distribution company of andhra pradesh (epdc -ap)

I facing problem of High power Bills. All other neighbours are getting rs., 250 but we are getting nearly 600 every month. I thought we have to do something. So we decide to fill a complaint against electronic provider nearest our home.but it was too costly affair. So i decided to fill a complaint here.
