Electricity Department Noida — electricity bill was not generating

Sir, we are from rajat vihar sec 62, block-c, noida, flat no-83 we want to say that our electricity bill was not coming since august 2014 we complain in electricity department but they are not responding and saying that your bill was not generating. Sir from august to till now we did`t get our the electricity bill.
