Incorrect electricity consumption billing - many times

For last 1 year and i am once in 2-3 month has to follow-up with electricity department for receiving incorrect electricity consumption meter reading bill. But it seems i am never going to have a permanent solution for everytime i receive incorrect electricity bill.

1) it has happened to me that i had received incorrect meter reading bills which was corrected at later...

electricity bill was not generating

Sir, we are from rajat vihar sec 62, block-c, noida, flat no-83 we want to say that our electricity bill was not coming since august 2014 we complain in electricity department but they are not responding and saying that your bill was not generating. Sir from august to till now we did`t get our the electricity bill....

regarding cheque bounce

i submit my march bill through cheque . electricity department saying ur cheque bounced made a plenty of 500rs wen i asked to show my cheque they dont showing my cheque they r sayin u have written a wrong date on cheque when i go to bank they dont received any check how i can get my cheque already they show me how people work in government office...
