[Resolved]  Electricity Meter — electricity grievance

Honourable Sir/Madam

We had raised the online complaint against the meter installed way back at the end of January with the adress C-1/30, S-2, Dilshad Ext-2, Sahibabad, , Ghaziabad-201005.
Since then no action was taken and the request remain in progress.
May I understand how much maximum time does it takes to get the online complaint resolved.
If the request raises online why a customer had to visit to electricity office and chase it time and again.

They had installed new meter with the old wires on 15/june/19 which arises the fault twice and had to call the local linemen to get it corrected.

Kindly intervene as this is high time because they had asked us to pay Rs 25, 000 to get the issue sorted instantly, for which we were bound to do at the temperature of 42-43 degree Celsius.
