This is in regards to Fabiano Multicook Multipurpose Electric Kettle-1L , Purchased through Tradus.com, against sub order id: 4595857.online shopping portal.
The Electric Kettle is not working ( not heating ) from day one.
Despite of several reminders of complaints to the manufacturer and Seller to replace or repair the product. Manufacturer M/s. Fabiano doesn't reply. Who is the responsible for repairing or replacing the product. Seller Tradus.co or manufacturer M/s Fabiano Appliances.
Seller Tradus.com denies the responsibility showing the reason the complaint did not received within stipulated period. But the faulty product itself have One Year Warranty.
how can I get my Faulty product replaced or Repaired ?
