2 stove Gas burner

Purchased 2 stove burner of Fabiano appliances with 5 year warranty from Big Bazar store. Now my burner has a leakage and company is charging me Technicians visit charges of 450 rs. Although technicians visit charges are always free of cost in warranty period.
