We purchased cooler from Audio Point in Jail Road on the 11th may 13.. On the 13th of may the swing of cooler stopped working and a day later pump stopped. We called customer helpline 100 times. Nobody answered. Finally a day later a lady answered in the morning.. From her voice itself it was absolutely clear that she wasn't interested in helping. We called Audio Point from where we purchased the cooler and the guy said he has registered our complaint with the highest official in thermoking and somebody will visit soon. 2 days later a mechanic showed up. He fixed the swing and pump. But our problem wasnt solved just here.. In the middle of the night swing again stopped working. Today is the 23rd and we are still trying to get somebody from thermoking to fix the swing. Our local mechanic said parts of this company isn't available so only company mechanic can fix it. Nobody answers phone in the company, there is nk email address where we can write a complaint. Our only option is to go to consumer court and that will happen soon. My room is on 3rd floor that is why it is very necessary for swing to work. Please advise. Was this information helpful? |
