Ceiling Fan not working

My name is Lokesh Verma and I live in Greater Noida Supertech Eco Village-2 Greater Noida I buy 4 Celling Fan from Dealer on 6/4/2021 as per guarantee card they mention 2 years warranty but after start using fan we observe that 2 fans are not working properly I call to customer care number-[protected] on 11 August they confirm me that my complaint solve with in 2 Days but today is 26/08/2021 my complaint is not solve this company is totally frauded and cheat with customer when ever I call him they tell me that his company person visit in 1 or 2 days my complaint number is-17844/H21/09/CRY-48 and when I ask their company address they don't tell me they just confirm in Delhi.

We purchased cooler from Audio Point in Jail Road on the 11th may 13.. On the 13th of may the swing of cooler stopped working and a day later pump stopped. We called customer helpline 100 times. Nobody answered. Finally a day later a lady answered in the morning.. From her voice itself it was absolutely clear that she wasn't interested in helping. We called Audio Point from where we purchased the cooler and the guy said he has registered...
