I am writing to file a complaint against ElectronicsComp for their failure to deliver the 3 products ordered on[protected] and the subsequent delay in issuing a refund. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company, I have received no satisfactory response.
After waiting over 4-5 months for the product's delivery, I have not received it nor any clear communication regarding the delay. Despite requesting a refund due to the prolonged delay, I have yet to receive reimbursement.
I urge Consumer Complaints to intervene and ensure prompt resolution of this matter.
