About 3000 RS were scammed. They didn't ship anything. Did not add money to the wallet. Didn't refund anything. They will delay everything telling you it's still in process but don't actually do anything.

We need a lawsuit against such fraud companies!!...

but it is showing order confirmed, but they are not dispatching or cancelling my order, not responding to my mail, not answering my call, i am attaching my order detail.

I have placed order on 12/06/2024 in ElectronicsComp but still it not getting delivered. I have mailed them but after a month they responded to refund my money after I mailed them no response till now.

Payment done order not in stock payment not redunding for 6 to 7 months. Nor replying on email or phone. Phone not connecting.

I have put out an order worth of 7K. The product was supposed to ship 2 weeks back, but after that they kept on delaying.

However, once I connected to their nonsense customer care, found out that they will deal money refund through email only.

After 10 emails also, they are not reverted me my money yet. Let alone shipping my product.

I would like to get a full refund including my lawyer charges from the company.

Ordered a Product on Jan 1st Order number: 3123425, Still haven't received the product,
Order Value: 340.31

Our order number 2970128 dated 11th. April 2023 - Incomplete part sent, Phones were not working when order received, Sent mail on 20th. April, They asked me to send the image of the part, this was sent on 20th. April itself.. No further communication accept they informing the warehouse to do the needful.
They disconnected the phone 3 times today i.e. on 27th. April 2023, when questioned on this lack of communication from their side, they refused to give their manager's number nor are able to tell me the date when the missing part (antenna for LoRa Module) to be delivered.
The support people lacked total professionalism and showed their total inefficiency to satisfy the customer's grievances leave alone resolving it.

Very Pathetic Service.
