Only part of prepaid order delivered, company not responding to phone calls or emails
I placed an order for 11 (eleven) items from this site on 11.01.24 with Order ID: 3128713 and as per their app the delivery was to be on 21.01.24. Not having received any intimation from them beyond the delivery date, I called them but my calls went unanswered. Finally, they responded to my email dated :27.01.24 stating that some of the items in my order were out of stock and they will ship as soon as the items were back in stock. Part of my order was delivered to me on 05.02.24 with 4 (four) items missing. I sent the company an email on 06.02.24 saying that after such a long wait I am very disappointed to receive only part of my order and therefore I asked them to refund the amount for the undelivered items, to which, ignoring my request for refund they replied via email the same day that the rest of the items will be sent very soon.
As of today, i.e. 12.03.24 the company never answers my calls and my emails remain unanswered.
Please find enclosed copies of all above mentioned emails, undelivered items marked in pink on copy of invoice dt : 11.01.24 and a photo of the items as delivered on 05.02.24,
