Electronicscomp — They took money and never ship the order

I order the product worth 550 from electrmoicscomp. Intital they unable to deliver the product with in 14days. then they almost delay for 2month and then they refund the money in wallet not in my bank account saying you can only refund in wallet. what is the use of wallet money if i cannot even use it. So again i have to order Jan'2024. again they pathic reply product are not available. in last with continous 2 month headche the deliver onyl 4 product worth 150rs out of 550rs. Not known how to file consumer complaint againts such site who cheat their customer. I still regretted the day i choose electronicscomp instead of amazon.
