Hello sir myself himanshu from chandigarh. Recently i have been started with acompany named elegant europia. Where i had to fill 700 forms in 6 days and they didnt told me amount of penelty and when i got my userid and password. I go onto their site and try to login but it was shown that you should be recieved an executive call before login. I wated for a while then i called them that i had not yet recieved any executive call they said it will be soon done. But it was not done when i call them they didnt answer for 3 days and today after 8 days one advocate called me at 12 pm and said to pay amount of 12910 before 1 pm if i not then i have to 97770 rs acording to an act and follow the proccedings of court for 6 months. After that he told me about the sections 73 74 75 and ipc 406 to be registered against me with apenalty of 97770 and now i am bit worried even also at evening the advocate sent me the message of case registered of me.
