[Resolved]  Elite Professionals Delhi — warehouse executive job in amygdala nursing home, fraud offer letter

I got an offer letter from amygdala nursing home. Singapore. And the hr sakshi kapoor (Elite professional) who acts as a genuine and very friendly with us asked me to pay 16000 rs of refundable amount to confirm my joining. And she said that my offer would be cancelled if don't pay it immediately. I tempted about singapore and offered salary and paid 16000 to them without enquiry.
Later on i enquired about that nursing home. There is no nursing home in singapore with that name. I enquired about that nursing website also. I was shocked to see that website is registered with delhi address. The content of website is copied from bright hill evergreen home.
The elite professional people created this fake website and making money by fooling the people.
Please don't believe them and don't loose your money like me.

Yes.. They have called me through the numbers +91 85 88 810328 and +91 120 654 6661.. and said that it is not there fault.. and agent from whom they get company profiles had cheated them. And they deposited 6000 ( from 16000 which was paid as refundable fee) and they said they will deposite the remaining amount 10000 rs after removing this complaint from here. So I thought to give a chance to them I have placed a request to remove this complaint. I will be back if they don't deposit the remaining amount or if I come to know that is the fault of elite professionals.

My money was refunded by these frauds. But I don't want to close this issue now. They have to be prosecuted and punished. For that I have decided to proceed to file the case against them. I don't let others to be cheated by this culprits. So please help me to fight legally with this professional cheaters. Please send me the proofs that you have regarding this issue. Believe me I will make them to return your money.

Till now I got proofs from only four people. I have some more time to submit the proofs to cyber crime department. So please forward the proofs to my mail id

Don't worry Naresh. Sure We will get our money from these frauds. We have to spread this issue in all the consumer forums.

First you write detailed complaint by mentioning the names, mobile numbers from which they have contacted you.
Dear Naresh, you first file a complaint in consumer complaint forum to spread awareness about these frauds.

If We all together give a complaint to cyber crime department then they will take care of our issue.
