Hello... These elite work pvt ltd (Hyderabad) people are asking me for money saying that my ID has been blocked due to some network issue and to regenerate the ID, I will have to pay 4000 rs.
Could you please guide how did you tackle the situation.
It will be really helpful.
The lady (shweta thakur and Riya) is calling me and texting me continuously. Yelling at me that if I don't pay them, they will ask for penalty of 25 thousand.

I got this offer on 26 April 2022 and i started working on the same day itself after a contract/agreement. Due to some issue my working ID got disabled and when asked to resolve my issue they are asking me to pay 4000. Which im in no position to pay. They are going to file a legal case of 25000 and send it to my door step. Look into this asap.

Ordered elite gaming chair through hello device book my shoppy . Com I didn’t get any product but amount has been deducted .

On 07/10/2020 i received a watsapp msg from purava patel regarding form filling work. The lady her name purava informed me that i need to complete 1200 forms in 8 days to receive the payment of 25 rupees per form. She asked me to provide her my address proof, hence on good faith i sent her my adhar through whatsapp. After that she sent me a mail from [protected]@gmail.com with a link stated as agreement procedure. On 07/10/2020, i filled all the details and digitally signed it and submitted it shown me the congratulations message for registering. After that I got a call from the same lady saying that I will be getting a call from her supervisor for confirmation where she told me that I just have to say, which I did... After all this process she send me the mail with the document which states that on incompletion of the work I was supposed to pay them 6700 rupees which shocked me. On 20/10/2020 I got a mail from minhaz that i have to pay the fine amount for not completing work. I told him that i have serched about the company, and there is no such company but he was not listening at all and saying that you have to pay fine or will file a case against you. I got 4-5 time calls and they are creating pressure to pay amount without providing work.
I am worried about this, and when i checked about the company i found that they use the details to file a case against people who registered. Now, as i found today, i would like to request you for the help on this matter.

They are still harassing me by calling daily please help.

I am a female looking for matches for marriage. When i spoke with elite matrimony services initially, the manager told me he will first check in their database if they have any profiles matching my criteria and only then they would offer the membership to me. However, it didnot happen as promised. They first made me pay around 2280$ For six months of elite services. After the payment, a relationship manager came into contact with me and she took a note of my preferences for the matches. She promised to show atleast 1-2 matches per week for the six month membership period.

But the service was extremely poor, they didnot discuss 1-2 matches per week as they discussed. Also, whatever matches they discussed with me never matched my preferences/ or am already aware of them. Then when I expressed my disappointment in their services, they started to ignore me and stopped responding.

I took the issue to their higher authorities. Then they said they will change the relationship manager for me and wasted 2-3 months in this process. When i finally got the new relationship manager, she also did the exact same thing. And now my 6 month subscription is over and they hardly discussed 3-4 potential matches in these six months.

Some people are not fortunate enough to find the right person in time, and desperately try every measure to settle down in life. But that doesn’t give a right to fraudsters like elite services to cheat us and add to the emotional trauma we are already going through.

I would like to request for return of money and I donot want anybody else to suffer like me. So I want elite matrimony services to be permanently banned.

I have applied for online work from home job I got a mail from the quicker and I have applied for that I have signed for elite service agreement after the completion of work they told you didn't complite your work you have one blank page they told I paid them a amount and I have completed the work after 2 days I got mail from advocate mr abijith bhandari Gujarat High court they told you are under section 420 on cheating case for that you have to pay 9800 rupess they told I have paid them again and again they are harrassing me for amount I have paid the amount to that advocate now I came to that's the fraud company please give me a solution for my problem and I am requesting you to recover all my amount immediately

I have applied for an data entry job and hey told me complete 10000 entry shets in 8 days. and i have completed the data correctly but they said tha i have not attended the level of qc report and told me to pay the amount and i have checked the qc report and intentionally made the qc report fail(attached a image foe reference) and they are harassing me by making calls so i request you to help me solve the problem .

I, Sri Abhisek Pattnayak bring to your kind attention to the following facts and urging appropriate legal action against the Culprits:
That, while I surfing the internet came across an advertisement in a Quickr.com, wherein a 'Work From Home Job' was being offered by ELITE SERVICES, located at 4th Floor Shantikunj Apt. Nr newera circle, Dhamlej Veraval Road, Gujarat. I had applied for the said service on 22.10.2020 taking it as a genuine company and the payment was also lucrative; few minutes later I had received a whatsapp message from an unknown number, she introduced her as Purva Patel from ELITE SEVICE (Purva Patel Whatsapp number is +91-[protected]). She intimated regarding the work, which would be done by me For Elite services. Moreover, she asked for a photograph of Aadhar card and another mobile number to mail her in the following email-address [protected]@gmail.com. The same were sent via E-mail on dtd. 22.10.2020.
That, on the same day, I have received an Agreement through E-mail from [protected]@onlineformfilling.co.in on 23.11.2020 and I had received the login Id and Password to start the work through the E-mail [protected]@form-cube.com.
As per agreement I started the online typing work on 24.10.2020 and completed the 1200 forms in 8 days and if I have unable to complete the 1200 forms in 8 days or not achieve 90% accuracy then I have to pay Rs.6500/- towards penalty charges as per terms of the contract agreement.
On 31.102020, I submitted the work and after 3 days, a quality check report was received via email dtd. 03.11.2020 stating that:- “your qc report is failed.
That, on 04.11.2020 I had received a mail from Advocate RAHUL KRISHNAN wherein, the said lawyer on behalf of Elite Services demanded a sum of Rs.8510/- towards penalty, the said legal notice was filled with unnecessary legal provisions in order to make more realistic and only to threaten to me.
Thereafter, I received a call from no. [protected] on 04.11.2020; the person calling claims to be Advocate Rahul Krishnan, who started threatened me by citing various unnecessary provisions of law and unless I fails to pay the penalty; he will be bound to file a case under Sec. 406 of IPC. I being a layman, got panic & scared by the legal notice and phone call and paid an amount of Rs.8510/-.
That, few hours later, I again received a call from [protected] on 04.11.2020, wherein the person claims to be calling from the office of the Advocate Rahul Krishnan, the said person told me that Rs.8510/- WAS YOUR FIRST MONTH CLOSING AND FOR THE AGREEMENT CANCELLATION YOU HAVE TO PAY Rs.29510/-, received from legal.[protected]@gmail.com) unless the payment is not received, I have to face legal consequences. That, in order to avoid legal disputes, I again paid an amount of Rs.29510/-.
That, the agony did not end there, it continued further as I have again received a mail from one Advocate Sidhharth Verma on the same day, wherein I was directed to appear before Gujarat court of Arbitration within 24 hours for signing some documents for final closure of the agreement or if, unable to present physically, then send 21 no's of Digital Signature Certificate by paying Rs.42989/-. The said email also contains a threating legal warning in case of failure of either physical presence or payment of Rs.42989/- the police will arrest me. I apprehending some sort of foul play, refused to pay the amount of Rs.42890/-.
Thereafter, a call was received from [protected] claiming to be a police officer, seeking my address. The call got disconnected and when I tried to call back, there was no response. I had contacted the advocate Mr.Rahul Krishan and Mr.Sidhart Verma and told them to refund the money which they have fraudulently obtained by way of cheating, to which both the advocates responded by telling me to approach the court of law for getting any relief and not to call them unnecessarily.
That, the imposters (Rahul Krishnan and Sidhart Verma) pretending themselves as advocates kept on insisting me to pay Rs.42890/- or face criminal charges; they also tried to negotiate the amount to Rs.30, 000/- and upon non failure of such amount, the CIBIL score would be hampered.
That, on 05.11.2020, I had received a mail from [protected]@gmail.com which was a NOC certificate of Rs.38020/-.
I, therefore, request your good self to kindly enquiry into the matter and track down the details of the Company and the account holder to whom the payment were made and the imposters (Rahul Krishnan and Sidharth Verma) as soon as possible; for fraudulently cheating me and appropriating my hard earned money illegally. Hence, an appropriate legal action may be taken against the fraud committed by the culprit under the law of the land and an amount of Rs.38020/-, I have paid may be recovered from them at the earliest.
For which act of kindness I shall be highly obliged with your good office.

Sir I had complained earlier also about this company blackmailing me and asking to give money under fake documents and after I had complained here they had emailed me from an email Id which was [protected]@gmail.com and I thought it was this official website but I read the guidelines and it said the email used by the official consumer complaint website is different so I had complained again and then they had left it now they are sending me calls and messages again but I have no problem in approaching the court can someone please send the fake documents I need that to file a complaint with the police . They have called in the name of consumer complaints which is also an offence so I will put the picture below and please send enough proof so I can file complain with the police . Thank you

At now 17nov 2:00 pn they call me at this number +[protected] this is fraud number called me now and asked about job in icici Bank for data entry but asked to pay me registration amount as a 950rs so sir if you will get traced her location then they will arrest

Sir I had posted a complaint earlier about this company and how they have blackmailed me to pay them 6500 in cash as I have not completed the job and seeing my complaint I got a mail from a mail id : [protected]@gmail..com and they had again told that they have filed a case so have to pay 6500 so I had a doubt and checked the official website and learnt that ur official email is only consumercomplaints.in so they are using the cheapest ways now disguised ah the consumer complaint and emailing in your name to get us to pay the cash . Please report this company sir . The proof is given below of them disguised ah the official consumer complaints website. And as I thought it was your official email I had replied but I realised later it wasn’t .

As I need money I applied to an part time /online job from Elite Services. After few days, as my family members told about many fake jobs, I decided to quit the job and messaged them.After 1 week I received an email and a Call that I have to pay 12340 rupees. I got scared. I told them I need time. Day after they started threatening me to pay the amount. But I did not pay. I asked them to give more time as I have not much money in my account. As I told to my husband he told they are fake and don't pay any amount.I blocked all the calls I received and moved all the mail's to spam. Today I received another call from another number that the case has been registered and they are threatening me to pay the amount. I told them I am not paying the amount. They threatens me they will send the case letter to my address. Anyway I am afraid.

Im a student just wanted to help my family in this difficult time. I came across this job was great just asked to complete 1200forms online and 30k in week was salary. I thought it can be fraud but it didn't asked for any money so i did it. Than they sent me a mail of some agreement i same did signed it so. But it said if i complete work non-issue so i completed my work gave them. And in two days they sent me a e-mail saying legal bound that i haven't finished work i have to pay 6700..im daamn worried.
