Respected sir/mam,
I was searching online jobs at online portal due to Lockdown. On 12/10/2020 I got call from ELITE SERVICES company there were saying that there company provides online job and I that job you have to fill 1200 form with 90% accuracy. If the 90% accuracy is not there then you means I have to pay 6700/- company charges to the company. I said okay to the offer. They said that they want the copy of adhaar card. I said okay the offer. And started the work. As I was doing the work I realized that the data is fake and the work that they have given me the fake data. In that data they were many mistake I and L was the same and 0 and O was the same. Then I started worrying that is the company is fake or not. Then I google about the company and saw that the company is totally fake and already there are many complaints against them. Many people have registered there complaints about various data entry company are doing this fraud with the people. They give you fake agreement, fake acceptance letter. On 13/10/2020. I call to the ELITE SERVICES company and said I don't want to work and want to cancel my work. Then they started touchering me that you have now cancel your agreement and you have pay the company charges that is 6700/- to the company or other wise we will file case against you. I got very scared and give them the money amount of 6700/-. On the next day one of their fake advocate email come to me saying that you have paid only one month charges only and your agreement is for 11 months if you not paid our 11 months charges then we will file a case against you and you means I will have to come to Gujarat court. I was helpless. Then I constant with one of my advocate and explain them my problem and what is doing with me then they told me that this is a fake agreement and they have send you fake legal notice. The company as no register no. And no. Proper address in the agreement. Please look in the matter because their team is increasing and they are blackmail many people in all over India.
