Basically I applied for some job on Quiker...they call me for job..for data entry..provided 1200 forms with 90% accuracy and promise me to give 30, 000 sallery.in 8 days I submitted my work then after 2 days.my qc report coming...and it say failed...I called that man but he won't receive..and then after 2 days...1 advocate called me...and started arguing with me for penalty...and telling me sort out the matter outside cort..otherwise we will charge ipc 73-74-75...but I'm told him that take actions...I have screen shot...then he souting on me and telling I will fir on you..you have to come gujrat with your father to pay rs 1, 84, 000

what's wrong with that person and what step did you take after. I'm asking this as I am in the same situation. Please help me with your reply as I'm not capable of paying and going to any court as my future is going to be in danger. Please hlp me..!!

They all are fake...even i checked my agreement ...its totally fake agreement... don't worry ... they called nearly 25- 30 times...i block all on massage...truecaller...gmail...on all site...they took my adhar card as for proof...but now on the basis of adhar card they are blackmailing me...now I'm ignored them...beacuse i have totally 1200 screenshot of my work...if u doing work...there is no use...because u do 90% accuracy or 95 ...they are showing only failed Qc report...

Iam also going through same problem is this fake or real because they said they will make a case against me iam to disturbed with this and worrying alot about it
They will do msgs and calls for some days Or esle for lifetime please give reply about this to me

I have also the same problem. I just blocked all of their numbers in WhatsApp message box true caller etc. In everything..Is this enough for them or anything I have to do i.e if I have to take any action against them. Please help me. Because of them I am very disturbed and can't even focoused on studies for 2-3 days. I have already filed a complaint in this website..But is this enough..??
