Elitmus — Deducted the payment twice for same order

I made payment on elitmus site for order el[protected] which shows payment failed. So i again made the payment and after some time both were successful and my account was deducted twice for the same order. I tried contacting customer care but got no response. I also mailed them regarding this issue. They said that the money will come to my account but it has not come yet. So i want the money back which was unnecessarily deducted from my account.
