I gave the ph test of elitmus on 15th october and after 23 days it is now showing that my result is on withheld. Even i gave the test by following all the rules and regulations but still it is not showing results. please help me it is not possible to give the test again because of its high price

I had emailed this company to permanently delete my account and remove my personal details from their database, neither do they come up with a solution or reply to my mail, nor do they have an option to remove our personal information from their Account settings.

I need a full customer support and steps to help me with the deletion of my Account information along with my personal details.

I apply for exam . my exam date is 22nd January 2023 exam mode is online. i give exam with full awareness i follow there guidelines, my exam was successfully completed but after 18 days today is 11 jan my score is show withheld. please help me.

Why my score card is on held.can you briefly describe about reason behind held.

I attended the exam on 6th June. Its been more than 20 days and the result is not published yet.

We are facing the issue during the time o[censored]pload we are unable to upload the files.We trying to upload the files but it was closed from your side .please do the needful.As if possible i have crosse verified the chances the link has been closed 5 min prior .please find the attachments. please see the time we tried to upload and consider this examinations

Elitmus evaluation is a fraud. They have blocked my number and are not replying on email as well. They are playing with students very badly. Their customer care number just talks to you in a very rudely manner. My suggestion is that it is your duty to resolve students queries. You are being paid for this. Somehow I was not able to give my elitmus exam at particular date and I have requested them to pls give me voucher instead . They are not cooperating with me. Natasha is name of girl which is not replying and on phone call a male with no sense of talking is not replying and coordinating with me. Please look into this matter otherwise I Will send u a notice next time to your elitmus office. I have recorded call of the person with me.

It has been 18 days since my test have done but result has not come and I tried to call and wrote the email so much time and didn't get any response. What a unprofessional behaviour this is such a bad company please provide me some details about how can I get the result.

Myself Sagar. I had applied for elitmus's pH test (exam date 14/03/2021) but unable to login during exam window due to technical problems in elitmus exam browser. I want to appear for the pH test before the TATA Electronics recruitment which is on 27th march. Please help

I am trying to contact elitmus from many days but not getting any response no active numbers available, because of this i am not able to apply for any company ...

I have been calling elitmus since so many days regarding my queries. Firstly there are only two contact nos available and that too nobody answers on those nos. And when ever the concerned person answers the phone he is so rude as if I am to owe him something. This attitude is not at all acceptable. If elitmus guys cannot listen to the queries of the people, they should close there queries section. The behaviour of the person on call was so unacceptable. They don't even know how to deal with the person on other side.

I am unable to update my profile and hence missing good opportunities. The portal does not allow you to "edit application" the second time in any case. I had applied to many companies more than an year ago and as i am not able to update the application, my current experience is not getting considered in the application. I called elitmus several times to provide me support in this case. They received the call only once and asked me to mail the updated details. I did the same but even after tons of mails, i am not receiving any replies, nor am i able to edit the applications even now and neither are they receiving the phone calls. I had even asked them to cancel my applications from their end if possible so that i can freshly apply again, but they were not even ready for that. All of my money has got wasted, not able too apply and get calls for a single interview. Its a complete fraud, please don't ever go for elitmus.

I made payment on elitmus site for order el[protected] which shows payment failed. So i again made the payment and after some time both were successful and my account was deducted twice for the same order. I tried contacting customer care but got no response. I also mailed them regarding this issue. They said that the money will come to my account but it has not come yet. So i want the money back which was unnecessarily deducted from my account.
