Hi vestar customer care,
I (I. E. Vineet singla) raised a complaint for the my vestar split 1.5 t ac having model no.: vasya183if6t on 29th june 2018 at 10:30 am ist on your vestar customer care: [protected], attaching you the screen shot of the message got on my mobile number: +[protected]. They told me that you will receive a call from our technician within maximum 48 hours, so when i haven’t received any call from your technical team then i again called to your customer care to know that why it is delaying. Then they gave me few contact numbers through which i got connected to the irshad saifi who is the branch service manager o[censored]ttar pradesh.
He said that you have raised the complaint in the evening not in the morning then i said i raise in the morning as mentioned above, but any how he sent his technician to my home: j-410, 1st avenue, gaurcity1, greater noida (West) -201301 on 01st june 2018 (I. E. Sunday). Technician told me that there is an issue in the pcb and they need to change the same. Then ali from there service center called me to check with irshaad saifi that what needs to be done to rectify the issue. I called irshaad saifi to check when they are going to replace the part, then he said today is sunday please call me tomorrow i’ll let you know. When i called again next day he said there is a month end closing going on we have send your request to concerned team to get the damaged part to our service center it has to come from chennai it will take 4-5 days. Then i told him already 4 days has been lapsed you are taking long time to rectify my issue as its too hot in delhi due to summers and he said you have to wait or else call me after two days to know the status. I said ok.
Today again when i called him he said he need the installation invoice copy to replace the part. Without that they can’t change the part otherwise it will be payable by you. I was surprised to hear all this that how they are making fool of customers as i already gave them the copy of the purchase invoice on the day when technician visited and now they are demanding the installation invoice copy. This is nothing but keep on harassing the customers by saying you have earthing problem and we want installation invoice copy to not to rectify the product under warranty,
I am not at all happy with the service of your company. Please help me to get into some resolution otherwise i need to move to consumer court to raise this concern.
