      I have purchased the product on 12.04.2021

      Dealer Name : Vaishnav Enterprises
      312, Jawahar Nagar, Manewada, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India-440027.

      There were 3 free visit promised by the dealer for maintenance of AC unit. To which not even a simgle visit perfomed by the team. Top of it thr gas from outdoor unit got completely drained and when we asked someone to come and check so tney delayed for 3 days.

      After multiple followups with Mr. Rahul the comtact person from vestar maintenance service he added " Due to lockdown we were not visiting and that's why we couldn't gave you the 3 free visit.

      Now, the lockdown is relaxed from july 2020 month as essential service was already permitted with limited staff. But Vestar company were self assumimg the complete lockdown for there maintainance services.

      Now they are simply giving excuses from there responsibilities. However, its company's duty to remember that how many products are sold amd to whom they have to visit. What if the Product get damaged. Do company compensate the amount which we invested for or replace the product.

      I want vestar eltech appliances to do thr needful on this or refund the amount what we have invested fot. They can take back there prouct we are ready to bear the installation charges.

        I had purchased AC in APRIL-19, immediatly the problem in the Indoor started and stop functioning. The different type of problems developing are new .We lodge complain on whats'app, Toll free no, Their after sales service regional incharge but no body visiting to remove problem on the contrary without visit they are closing complaain in their ELTECH APP also.

        I think company not interested in customer care, I wasted my hhard earned money, I was diverted to VESTAR as I was supposed to buy MITSHUBISHI

        I purchase a ac in march 2019 and started gas leakage problem till today I filled gas three time in ac but company or dealer no one response mainly the product is very bed waste of money third class product all service, product, cooling and service all are very bed I sujjest all to do not purchase this ac

                  I have purchased a ac from your authorsied delar aircon paradise. I am feeling very bad to say about your after sale customer care service, i (I. E. Vineet singla) raised a complaint (I. E. Gha[protected] for vestar split 1.5 t ac having model no.: vasya183if6t on 29th june 2018 at 10:30 am ist on your vestar customer care: [protected], (Attaching the screen shot of the message received on my mobile number: +[protected].

                  They told me that i will receive a call from their (Vestar) technician within maximum 48 hours, unfortunately i haven’t received any call from (Vestar) technical team then i again called to vestar customer care to know that why it is delaying, then they gave me few contact numbers through which i connected to the irshad saifi (Mobile number: [protected]) who is the branch service manager o[censored]ttar pradesh.

                  He told me that i had raised the complaint in the evening not in the morning. However irshad saifi sent his technician to my home: j-410, 1st avenue, gaurcity1, greater noida (West) -201301 on 01st june 2018 (I. E. Sunday).

                  Technician told me that there is an issue in the pcb and that need to change then ali from their service center called me and asked to check with irshaad saifi that what needs to be done to rectify the issue. I called irshaad saifi to check when they are going to replace the part, then he told today is sunday please call me tomorrow i’ll let you know. When i called irshad saifi again next day he said there is a month end closing going on we have to send your request to concerned team to get the damaged part to our service center it has to come from chennai and this will take 4-5 days. Then i told him its already 4 days delayed from eltech appliances pvt. Ltd and he was saying this will take lot more time to rectify this and asked me to wait for few more days.

                  Today again when i called him he asked me for the installation invoice copy to replace the part as it is still under pending status., without that they can’t change the part otherwise it will be cost to me i am surprised to hear that ac is still in warranty and i need to pay the cost, i feel your branch manager (Mr. Irashad saifi) is not capable to handle customer care they don’t even know how to talk to customer and how to handle the after sales service, my experience is too bad., i have never expected this kind of service from eltech appliances pvt. Ltd. I was surprised to hear all this that how they are making fool of customers as i have already given them all the required documents whatever they have asked to the technician.

                  Your services are so pathetic i will never recommend my friends and family members to go with any of your product and i will post all the nuisance of your customer care and the way they are doing with me on all social media platform.

                  I am not at all happy with the service of your company. Please help me to get into some resolution otherwise i need to move to consumer court to raise this concern. I am attaching all the related document for your information.

I was surprised to hear all this that how they are making fool of customers as i already gave them the copy of the purchase invoice on the day when technician visited and now they are demanding the installation invoice copy. This is nothing but keep on harassing the customers by saying you have earthing problem and we want installation invoice copy to not to rectify the product under warranty,
                    I am not at all happy with the service of your company. Please help me to get into some resolution otherwise i need to move to consumer court to raise this concern.

                      This garbage is there even now and this scenario is of every night along with this i m sending an attachment of the photograph of the shop which i own sir/ma'am i victim a huge loss every day since four years that is 1461 days and i have complaint it every single day in bmc mumbai r/c ward since four years i hope i will get a positive approach. I believe in my government and i hope for an swach bharat in the coming future's. I hope for an positive action from your side

                        I have complain about the compressor issue, the vestar engineer have visited and checked that compressor is not working.

                        As per him compressor will be replace by 2-3 days, but even after 7 days there is no response from company for the same.

                        First of all i need to fix this issue. Apart from that i would also like mention following thing which is seems to be wrong.

                        1. Taking charge of 400 rs for checking a ac compressor which is already in warranty
                        2. They will charge 3500 separately for ac gas filling for replaced compressor, if compressor is in warranty then its all your responsibility to do what ever in it.

                        Its a clear loss of 3900 (400+3500)

                        They have not taken any actions, I again need to register new complain(referring previous) and call at there head office and after that they have started to dispatch my compressor for AC. They have also not even talk about charges I mentioned above. I think they are taking charges for a machine in warranty which is not right.                           Purchased an ac last week.. Was delivered to us on 5th june.. No calls for installation... Yesterday dealer confirmed about today's final confirmation.. I took leave accordingly, entire day i followed up in the below given number

                          Unprofessional and reluctant people not after receiving the call each time they said your installation will be done.. Then end of the day said tomorrow some one will go..

                          Wen i started showing anger they gave me two numbers.. They dint had any information about anything.

                          Very disappointed from this company and more from the quality of manpower used by your company..
                          I would like to return the product.. I hav got a clear picture of the standard of the company..

                            I had purchased Vestar brand AC of the Company last year. The AC was working fine till last month. However, some issues with respect to cooling have been felt in the past one month. I have repeatedly registered complaints with the company but the company first sent the service men who were highly incapable of servicing the AC. Also, the company closed my complaint without me approving it. I request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest possible.

                              I dont about product but service very poor. Service person making fool past 1 year. Unable to rectify problem. Unskill service n instaliing man. They are unable to understand problem of customer. (Total work is authorise service centre. But not poor response. Outer unit running continue. And inside unit make cool but dont feel enough cool. Like my bed room ac. Service engineer visit my home. N hope may be solve problem.

                                I purchased one Fabiano Glass cook top from Reliance Store, faridabad on 14th august. On 16th i request for installation of product as per gas pipe line but tiil date no one come for installation from Fabiano. In last 6 days i called almost 20 times on Fabiano Customer care number and also send so many emails on Fabiano App and other ids. Now today i contact Fabiano Delhi corporate office and now today they ask for 1 week time for installation.
                                I also request for accept the return the product but they totally refused for accepting the return. So, i request you to take action against fabiano for fooling customers and also against Reliance for selling such product in there stores.

                                  I am regulary complaining for vesatr window ac 1.5 ton in company from 17.05.2016, almost two months are over and no reponse from company. till date problem is not solved. eltech applinaces company is deaf, no body is listening the complaints aqnd solving the proble, service network is null. it was my blunder that i purchased vestar ac only by the name of o - general ac i advise not to purchase ac of vesatr, o - general brand
