I am Dr. Shraddha Sonanis, practising Dermatologist in Nashik.
I have purchased this centrifuge in July 2015 for clinical use i.e. extraction of platelet rich plasma.
The company sent nobody for installation as well as for repair later.
This centrifuge gave me more problems than service.
I have always complained on phone and emails.
later in October 2015, the machine stopped spinning entirely.
It started showing "RPM sensor Error" for which I called the company numerous times but with no support.
On their request, I sent the machine back to their factory in Vasai on 10/12/2015.
On examination on 17/12/2015, they tell me on phone that the PRP kits from Nakoda sales that I am using are incompatible with rotor head model no.TC 451, where as Many of my colleagues are already using this combination smoothly.
In fact, Nakoda company is marketing their PRP kits with a free Eltek TC 450 D centrifuge in market.
so Its not logical to believe eltek officials.
According to me, the particular machine or the rotor head is faulty which eltek officials are denying.
They are offering me different rotor head with internal adjustment to run my PRP kits, but they are asking me to pay yet extra money.
I feel this is slow, reluctant service on their part, as I am losing on my business and valuable time.
They did not give me a spare machine to use.
They do not reply to my mails.
when their brand new machine did not work well, They are asking me to pay extra for adjustment they are diong to avoid replacement or refund.
I have lost faith in their product.
Desirable resolution
1. Taking refund is my first priority.
2. Replacement of rotor head to TC453 without extra payment
