I am Dr. Shraddha Sonanis, practising Dermatologist in Nashik. I have purchased this centrifuge in July 2015 for clinical use i.e. extraction of platelet rich plasma. The company sent nobody for installation as well as for repair later. This centrifuge gave me more problems than service. I have always complained on phone and emails. later in October 2015, the machine stopped spinning entirely. It started showing "RPM sensor Error"...
