Emaar Mgf Land — False commitment | |||
I booked a flat in EMaar- Imperial Gardens, sector-102, Gurugram. The sales person MR. Gaurav Shrivastava confirmed us and closed the deal for unit 903 in tower no-4. After 4-5 days of confirming and taking the booking amount of cheque 5 lacs 10 thousand they told us that the unit 903 is sold on higher price to a different party and that one is not available now so they gave us some other options to compromise. Now, the company is showing us all those leftover flats which are not considerable by any parties due to any issues or which are cancelled/ rejected. This is something highly unethical and cheap strategy which company is doing with us. We being a consumer expected the same Product which was committed to us but these such big brands are doing this with us. Attached is the screenshot of their email confirmation of flat no 903. Dear Himanshu, I am in a similar position.Emaar delayed my flat also, by 3 years, but did not. I asked for a refund due to the delay. They refuse to do that. I believe that Emaar is violating Govt rules and Supreme Court and National Consumer Disputes Commission rulings, which say that a developer cannot force a buyer to take possession for properties that have been unreasonably delayed. .
